Ishimwe Vestine, renowned for her gospel music alongside her younger sister Dorcas, entered into a civil marriage with her fiancé in a ceremony held at Kinyinya Sector, Gasabo District, on January 15, 2025.
The celebrated artist, beloved by many across Rwanda, wed a young man from Burkina Faso in a discreet event officiated by a civil registrar. The ceremony began at 4 PM.
Strict privacy measures were in place, as no photos or videos were permitted during the ceremony—a directive reportedly issued by her music management team.
Vestine and Dorcas, siblings hailing from Musanze District, have dedicated their lives to gospel music since their early years, inspiring many through their spiritual journey and harmonious voices.
